We recommend that you complete our online help request form before you start a missing mail search. For additional information, please visit Informed Delivery FAQs. If that didnt work, go to Start > Settings > Privacy. There may be occasions where a mail item may be delayed in reaching its destination. Right-click on the Action Center icon and click on Focus Assist.
